    In the first half of 2025, cross-border RMB settlements under the current account totaled 8.3 trillion yuan, comprising 6.38 trillion yuan for goods trade, 1.92 trillion yuan for services trade, and other current account items. Cross-border RMB settlements for direct investment reached 4.11 trillion yuan, including 1.46 trillion yuan for outward direct investment and 2.65 trillion yuan for inward direct investment.
