The narrow money supply (M1) reached 108.91 trillion yuan, up 2.3% year-on-year. The currency in circulation (M0) totaled 13.13 trillion yuan, rising 12.1% year-on-year. A net cash injection of 306.4 billion yuan occurred during the first five months.
