    By the end of June 2025, the broad money supply (M2) in RMB stood at 330.29 trillion yuan, marking an 8.3% year-on-year increase. The narrow money supply (M1) reached 113.95 trillion yuan, up 4.6% year-on-year. The currency in circulation (M0) totaled 13.18 trillion yuan, rising 12% year-on-year. During the first half of the year, net cash issuance amounted to 363.3 billion yuan.
