  • Delivery Standard: 1. Sensory requirements: Warehouse entry: In sampled samples, eggs with incomplete shells, nest cracks, clear liquid leakage, crack length greater than 2cm shall not exceed 5%; eggs with unclean area exceeding 1/8 of total area shall not exceed 8%. Warehouse exit: In sampled samples, eggs with incomplete shells, nest cracks, clear liquid leakage, crack length greater than 2cm shall not exceed 8%; eggs with unclean area exceeding 1/8 of total area shall not exceed 8%. Platform delivery and plant delivery: In sampled samples, eggs with incomplete shells, nest cracks, clear liquid leakage, crack length greater than 2cm shall not exceed 5%; eggs with unclean area exceeding 1/8 of total area shall not exceed 8%. 2. Egg weight grade: In sampled samples, over 80% of eggs should be in the same weight grade. 3. Haugh unit: Warehouse entry: ≥72 Warehouse exit: ≥60 Platform delivery and plant delivery: ≥60 Note: In sampled samples, if an egg has both incomplete shells, nest cracks, clear liquid leakage, crack length greater than 2cm and unclean area exceeding 1/8 of total area, it will be counted as an egg with incomplete shells, nest cracks, clear liquid leakage, crack length greater than 2cm, and not counted as an egg with unclean area exceeding 1/8 of total area. Sampling method follows SB/T 10277.
